Do you know anyone with a classic car? My dad has a couple of classic cars. People ask him to drive in weddings and he usually does it for free (he's a kind-hearted guy!) but you could offer a small payment or donation to their favorite charit. Otherwise, just use your own autos and decorate them with wedding decorations.
You could also rent a car such as a Hummer or Lincoln. Car rental is expensive, but if you know anyone who rents cars often (for example, someone who travels alot for their business) they may be able to rent it using their frequent customer points, and it won't cost as much. Of course, they should probably drive too but you can offer to pay the taxes and fees for their rental.

i just got married in oct and i actually rented an old rolls royce for the second day.....the first day of my wedding we just decorated a SUV. It saved us money, rather than renting a limo or the rolls royce for anther day....as long as the car the big enough, then whatever you choose should be fine. If you don't want to hire someone to drive then you have no choice but to ask someone. Congrats by the way!

A horse and buggy is a great idea, but probably not if you need it for 7 hours. My favorite car in the world is a Dodge Viper (simple, I know). So as a gift, my wife rented one for us for our wedding day to drive away from the church in. We had it until the next morning which was GREAT!!! We had a blast driving around town, top down and all that stuff. If you have a favorite car like that, look into renting it. It's a blast to do and the perfect excuse to splurge and do it if it fits your budget. Good luck and congrats!

Some places will let you rent a small bus that is painted white, or otherwise decked out for wedding parties. I know some people who rented a trolley ( motorized one, of course, not the traditional cable cars), but I don't know where you live or if this is possible. I've seen a couple of people have wedding party hayrides. They had a blast.

How about a horse drawn carriage? Or maybe a classic car with a convertible top? Both can be good alternatives and very romantic ones as well. If you can believe it, one of the girls in my hometown married a city worker and they were "able" to borrow a garbage truck. Tacky and nasty I know, but I guess it's somewhat unique.

horse and carriage, get a classic car rental, Were gonna rent a 64' Rolls Royce. If you do a internet search for classic cars and then your city some options should come up. Another option is renting a luxury car, such as a bently, porcha, ect..... I've also heard of people renting trollys and double decker buses.

If you are looking for transportation for just you and your bride I would recommend a Lincoln Towncar or Cadillac. Most limo companies also rent luxury sedans with drivers as well.

I can't think of anything, if you can't drive, you need a driver. A retro car could be fun...but you still pay, and you still need a driver.
A bicycle for two is cute and fun-- but not in a tux and gown!
Do you have friends that you could share costs with, and share the limo???

invites are to be mailed out 6-8 weeks before the marriage. a splash before if it fairly is a trip or if a good number of your loved ones will could return and forth an prolonged distance to get there. you do not positioned the registry enjoying cards in with that. it is seen very impolite. They bypass in with the bathe because it fairly is not well mannered for the invites to have any point out of presents. the different issues that bypass in with the invite: rsvp card, reception card, tissue paper, card with instructions and/or achieveable resorts interior the section. in spite of you hit upon needed. some human beings do not do an rsvp card. some human beings do not do an outer and inner envelope. it fairly is fairly as much as you. instructions are fairly useful yet carry extra desirable copies to the marriage for individuals who've lost theirs. The final wedding ceremony I went to revealed the instructions on the decrease back of this technique. as some distance using fact the hoop is going, getting palladium (a white gold alloy) or actual white gold would not actual count. it fairly is in reality the comparable ingredient. White gold is a mix of gold and a white metallic (frequently palladium). What i think of he could have been telling you is the adaptation between platinum and white gold. i might get white gold because it fairly is extra effective high quality. The palladium would be fairly extra hazy like platinum, and would not require a plating on good to make it astounding. Rhodium i think of is frequently the white plating. White gold would be plated to make it astounding and could probably could be replated in some unspecified time interior the destiny and time. even nonetheless fairly the assessment between the two is nil. final, $151 is a stable cost for the tux condominium. it fairly is approximately that maximum places. frequently what they inform you is that in case you will hire thrice in one 365 days, you're able to purchase the tux b/c it fairly is the comparable cost.
