I got the same thing that started on my back and went to my arms and then went to my legs. Eventually (a week or so later) it went away. I never knew what it was. My step sister had cooked dinner that night, so my guess was it was an allergic reaction to something. I probably should of went to the doctor, but I have a lot going on, and not a lot of time to go to the doctor. Best of luck. They were awful.

RE:
Little clusters of itchy bumps on arms, what's happening to my skin?
Little clusters of mosquito bite-like bumps are starting to appear on both of my arms. I know they aren't mosquito bites because they are alot smaller and are in little clusters. They usually start off with 1 little bump and if I scratch it (I can't help it, its very itchy) then more start...

hey you need to get your self some cortizone cream of some kind stops the itchyness but you might need to get it checked for poison ivy or something along that line. could be dermatitis.. but more than likely a allergy or poison ivy of some sort very important not to scratch it cause you could spread it very easily all over your body.. If its poison ivy that would really be bad. Go to doc or cover it with clothes don't scratch it though worst you could do if you pop the blisters it will spread. Get to your Local doc.. if its allergic you could have changed washing powders soaps stuff like that..

It may be psoriasis or just dry skin
I used to get that on my elbows every winter few a few years. I tried to put cream on but that would bleach my skin.
My doctor suggested going to a taning salon and for some reason the bumps started to go away after a few treaments.
I say give that a shot.

Eczema patients can avoid scratchy fibers for softer ones like bamboo, cotton, or silk, which are gentler on the skin. Opting to buy organic fibers can also be a wise, healthy, and eco-friendly alternative. Learn here https://tr.im/pXIpW

Meanwhile, I'd go to the drugstore and get some Sarna lotion and chlortrimeton 4mg tablets (both over-the-counter.) Use the lotion as often as you need to for itch, and take one of the tablets at bedtime. These measures may help the itch to some extent.
