Fast? Or for good?
Fast can mean 2 pounds a week to some people, or 30 pounds a month. The first one is realistic, the second is not (unless you are overdue with triplets). The good news is that walking plenty in the evening means you are getting some exercise.
Examine your diet. Count every calorie - while you may not be eating alot, you may not be eating right. Keep a journal, and see what's going on. Are you eating at least 1200 calories a day? If not, your body is in starvation mode, which is why even with walking plenty, nothing you do seems to work. The other possibility is that you are eating the wrong things, and are still eating too much, even if the quantity is small. Watch your diet for the week, then get going on healthy eating habits.
Good luck!

why not during the day ahve a nice barm with your fav filling. tuna and sweetcorn is nice and healthy and a banana.
For breakfast have cerial and instead of milk, use yoghurt and chop a piece of fruit on it.
for tea stick to pastas and rices etc:
why not go swimming in the evening say 3 times a week or visit arobic step classes or something.
or go argos and buy a step and compete with yourself. do 100 one day and everyday try to do more each time. it'll soon come off

dont drink alcohol in the week, just at the weekends if you want to, cut out alot fo your carb (but not all as i think thats unhealthy) i do this but still eat junk food alot and drink at the weekend, i was never fat but i'm more toned now and don't feel bloated all the time. You can still eat whatever you want just cut down your portion size too and learn to stop when you are full - dont eat in front of the tv as you rush your food and eat more.

Always have vegetables on hand. Saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in coconut oil and garlic. Add some red pepper or even turmeric for additional flavor and also separate into portion-sized containers for that fridge.

I know you shouldn't lose weight fast as its not long term, but if you wanna get a bit off for an event or holiday try the Cambridge diet. Its total meal replacement but its dead filling and i wasn't hungry when i was on it. They do soups and bars, so its not dead boring. It really is amazing, you can lose a couple of stone in a few weeks, but you can only do it for a few weeks, as you have to go and see a Cambridge councillor to get the stuff so she can monitor that your not taking it too far.

Try writing down the calories of EVERYTHING you eat, even a stick of gum, for a few days to see how many calories you are actually consuming. You may think you are keeping it low but once you look at it it maybe more than you thought. It always works for me and I lose more weight than when I don't write it all down. Here's a website of lowfat recipes that are made to replace the higher fat versions. Good luck!

this is called "after six", wherein you cannot eat after six pm. its effective because in daytime, when the body is still active the metabolism is faster than at night. you may eat whatever you like before the clock strikes 6pm. plus, walking is a very good exercise but to make it more effective try pulling up or engaging your stomach muscles- imagine that your abs are the one initiating the movement of your legs and the other parts of your body.

People who regularly weigh themselves and keep track of their progress in a journal will probably lose weight.

I don't suggest that you loose alot of weight fast. Statistics show you wont keep it off. Can I suggest Weight Watchers? You need to make long term changes in order to make a real difference. With weight watchers you can loose a reasonable amount in the time you have left.
