I thought about breaking up with him but i just dont know because he means alot to me we've been together for 8 months and i just cant have sex with him because im a vergin and hes not hes done it with almost every girl hes been with and he might even have a 4 year old

Gossip, even from a grandpa. If you are so worried then ask him sugar. If he says yes then break up with him. If he doesnt want to be with you, nothing is gonna change that and you dont want someone who wants someone else. Respect yourself.
