Will the IRS take my tax returns because my spouse owes child support. Even if I file seperatley.

If you file separetly they cannot take your refund, and if you file joint you can file an injure spouse and the IRS will determine how much is your refund.

Not if you file separately.

You can also file jointly and file an "injured spouse" declaration on Form 8379 with the IRS to protect your share of the refund.
