How often do you go to a doctor to get Globulin injections?

This is for research for my novel, when my FMC has aplastic anemia and needs to take it. At the website I found, it didn't state how many times do you need to take it and have it administered by doctor or nurse? Any health professionals willing to answer that question for me?
