You've reached a plateau. It's not a problem - it can be solved. Your body is experiencing a memory now in that it has done all it can in what you're putting it through right now so it won't do anymore. You set it a level and it has reached it so now so a change of programme might be worth investing into or even sticking to your current routine but 10% more effort again to 110% you're already (and hopefully!) giving and a re-jig of calculating what your new body needs as a calorie intake. You won't necessarily need the same amount of calories as you once did to see results - you may need less now. You may find if your intake is the same as your output, you will stay the same.

Please don't forget also that many people who start to increase their exercise levels i.e by starting a new regime, do lose inches around their waist, chest or thighs and see what is seen as the scales not moving. This is because muscle is denser than fat - making it possible to be slimmer and yet heavier. Try taking measurements around your chest, waist and hips - if you're getting slimmer then just carry on as you are - you can lose weight as your muscle development settles down.

I know how you feel as I have been there!!!
What's happening is that your body has hit a plateau. It's used to the certain exercise you have been doing, etc and will not budge anymore.
The thing to do is try a different exercise or add a few more minutes to your current routine or work out a bit harder. For instance, as an example, if you walk on the treadmill for 20 min a day, try adding 5-10 min to that walk. Or put the treadmill on an incline. If you are jogging, try jogging a few minutes longer. Basically just add a variation to your workout and I guarantee you you will see your weight slowly go down again.
hang in there and good for you on losing the weight!!!

i stumbled on the e book to be very informative and hassle-free to study. i've got lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm in basic terms worried that i'm dropping too plenty weight, too at present. i visit confess i haven't observed the handbook precisely. i'm no longer sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet in general) and doing little or no exercising, however the burden keeps flying off. It for sure works and if i might observed it precisely i think of it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the quantity that i might lose. So thank you lower back for the advice. i've got in no way bought something like this until eventually now because of the fact they are oftentimes full of trash, yet 3WD has been a delightful marvel. start right this moment!

Your metabolism has changed in order to compensate for the weight loss. Are you eating enough? If you aren't getting enough nutrition, your body will think you are starving and slow the metabolism down. Try eating high protein, veggies and fruits, cut out bread and white potatoes, and take cardio classes. Spinning can burn over 500 calories an hour, and it will jump-start your metabolism. But any cardiovascular exercise will help. Walk briskly whenever you can. Also, if you begin muscle conditioning, you will be burning more calories at rest -- strong and well-developed muscles burn calories at a higher rate than muscles that are neglected.
Good luck!

well done with the weight loss!...its a great feeling isnt it! It was for me the bananna that I was eating daily and the fact that I didnt drink enough water...that made me get stuck...I drank more water and left certain fruits and then my weight started to shift again....maybe you could try a bit of swimming....or if you dont swim then do a little more walking things like that....good luck!x

It's a diet plateau. Revamp your workout (maybe a touch more cardio) and recalculate your caloric intake. Distribute your calories more evenly throughout the day to rev up your metabolism. Great start, good for you!
Edit: There is a system by which you eat your max. calorie value for 3 days straight, then your min. for 3 (the last is a cheat day).

Have a diet overhaul. Look at what you're eating and see if you can juggle the menus and types of food around a bit. its easy to get into a rut on a diet, and also easy to let portion size slip back to too large. Start watching portion size and try and boost your exercise for a few weeks. that will get you losing again;
