I don't want anything drastic or unhealthy like vomiting but I would like to know simple things I could do maybe? Just so I don't feel so bloated looking.

Get an herbal body wrap and wear black. Stand up straight, if you're constipated try a laxative (or nettle tea, that gets rid of bloating). Don't eat any raw veggies, they can exacerbate the bloating. So can white flour. Drink more water & feel better soon.

Wear dark colors and loose clothing. This will help some. Eat an early breakfast and lunch and a very light dinner. Drink a lot of water all the way up until bedtime.
