I think by definition past life memories can't be empirically verifiable-at most there might be a likeliehood that the evidence was suggestive of a past life. I've read some of the experts on reincarnation and they're very careful to avoid talking in terms of cast iron evidence for reincarnation-they deal only in probabilities.

Even if people had multiple lives, which they don't, such a thing could not be empirically verified, for such mystical/spiritual experiences would not fall within the purview of science.
