If it was me, I would take her to the vet. My cat has never consecutively thrown up that much. The food change might be the root of the problem, but it's better to be safe then sorry!

You should take her to the vet. Switching the food isn't the problem (unless she's allergic and you would have found that out right away). BUT it could be the food she's now on.

Take her to the vet in case of dehydration and don't feed her any more of the wet food. Why is she on wet anyway? If she has teeth she should only be eating dry. It helps with dental hygein. Wet food get stuck in the teeth and decays and rots them out.

Good Luck

I could just be a simple problem with changing the food, but it could be something more serious so I highly recommend you take her to the vet. She may have picked up an intestinal parasite from somewhere which will cause them to vomit. Has she been going to the bathroom normally (noticed any diarrhea)? Your vet will be able to properly diagnose her. If you vet feels you should bring her in for an exam make sure you bring a fresh stool sample since they may want to check for parasites. Hope this helps!

It could be hairballs, try putting some vasiline on her paws and she will lick it off and this should help bring up all the hair balls. If she is still bringing up tomorrow, I would certainly take her to a vet or if she keeps throwing up the brown water I would take her right away. Perhaps she has swallowed something you don't know about. Hope she is well.

Ah, my cat has the same problem. She's overeating. My vet tells me that when they over eat like that, the body can't handle all that food, and expells it. Try feeding her a lesser ammount of the food, but if the vomiting persists, contact your vet.

PLEASE take her to the vet IMMEDIATELY. I cannot stress this enough.

My 9 year old daughter lost her siamese cat last year september. She had the same thing happen. She was throwing up,would not eat or even drink and was hiding. A cat hiding is usally VERY VERY ill. I took her in and she was severely dehydrated and was dying. We had to put her down. Please for her life take her in.

If she is looking rough(fur is not lying flat)lethargic and hiding please go right now. This is not normal for a cat.

If they have hair balls it usually comes up at it's described. Somewhat like a blob, but somewhat firm, sometimes long too.
