I have tried just about every one on the market. I settled with Farenheit, I did not get the jitters or anything. It gave me the boost that I needed to start working out ( a home video) pilates. I weighed a whopping 217lbs and here I am one year later at 160 lbs. Once I started working out I stopped the Farenheit and between diet and exercise I have been able to keep it off. My diet is not strict I just exchanged a lot of friuts for sweets and I eat a lot of chicken now. Good Luck

I tried ephedra at one point. It was the WORST decision I have ever made for my health. The weight didn't come off, and I risked doing serious damage to my heart in the process.

If you want a little "boost", try drinking 8 glasses of water a day, or watching your diet to make sure that the food you are eating is nutritious and has complex carbohydrates. That'll be a better idea than popping a pill

Well, I have never found one that really worked for me. I went to my doctor about it because I have had 2 kids and use to be 120 and now I'm staggering around 138-145 and cant get out of it no matter how I change my eating habits....anyway so he put me on adderall XR. It REALLY works, but maybe not in the way you'd like. It makes you not want to eat at ALL. It doesn't make you feel sick, just like you have to always be doing something. I asked him about it and he said ti also is for concentration as well. Anyway though I lost about 10 pounds in a month. I don't know if it's very healthy that way...but a doctor did give it to me.

Trimspa (citra formula) Reduces appetite,no jitters,no eneregy at all actually. But it does make you eat less. I only used it for a few months and Ive been off for about 4 months. No longer need it. It was such an amzing thing. But you also need to keep excercising and eating the right way. I was 130 11 months ago and now I weigh 108. Ive done alot of cheating because I wasnt ever overweight. Now, Im set in my healthy ways and dont need it.
