If you are trying a play on words, becoming a Mummy requires dying first. Having a baby has nothing to do with it.

If you are talking about being a mother, certainly givng birth makes you a biological mother. No doubt. But I believe it is possible to give birth without becoming an emotional mother, if you can stay detached enough from the process. Some do. If you feel like a mother, you probably are.

It is sufficient to become a mother, but mummys and daddys are more special than that. They care for nuture and bring up children, whether they are the birth parents or not.

No. With children comes more responsibilities. What's the point of giving birth to babies but they all ended up living in the streets or disturbing the community.

Mothers typically have a very important role in raising children, and the title mother can be given to a woman other than a biological parent who fills this role.

no my dear!

Being a mother is more than just delivering a baby. To qualify to be called a mother one has to fully participate in you child's life. It does not matter whether the child lives with someone else.

The child has an emotional need for the mother's love and if you just never provided that then, I am very sorry to say you do not differ much from a woman who has produced and dumped her child in the dustbin, to die, to be savaged by animals. You see what I am saying?

For a woman to just give birth and think it ends there that is a misconception about motherhood. The same goes if you hire a nanny to look after you child that you simply do not pay attention to. Do you seariously expect that child to have an attachment on your whatsoever or is the Nanny more of the mother to your child, say?

Being a mother like I said is more about being there for your child, tsaking part in the life of your child, providing for your child. It is different, if you are just there as a bank account for your child yet you got no emotional attachment with your child, PERIOD!

Anybody can become a 'mother'.
It takes more than that, to become a 'mummy.'

Hope you understand what I am trying to tell you.
