First, your pysical pains may be from the abuse your doing on your body (smoking, drugs, and drinking). Second, I struggle with the feeling that I'm being watched all the time. It's a natural inclination of someone who struggles with self-identity. I think your home-schooling may be bad for you. I would usually promote home-schooling but for depressed individuals it isn't always a good thing. I don't know if you get along with others or not. But if you continue schooling at home I suggest you get out of the house daily and enjoy life. Find a hobby. Medication does help and if yours isn't working go back to the doctor and get a new one. And as for it being a phase, you should be at your happiest at 16.

Life, as tough as it may be, is never so bad that we should end it. I know I don't know your situation, but I promise, things will look up. There's always tomorrow. Today doesn't last a lifetime. But suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. My advice is to talk to a close friend or family memmber. Go out and do something really fun. Put on your favorite song and get up and do a crazy dance. And pray. Think on all the beautiful memories that God has given you and all the stuff you'll never recive if you're not here.

Life is ALWAYS worth living - don't let anybody make you think otherwise. You go out and find another "the one" and you get right back up there with the living ! In the meantime - you go out with friends and you tell yourself every day that he/she was not worth your love and you are better off without him/her ! It seems like the end of your world at the time but believe me we all carry on and we even reap the rewards later on. There really ARE many fish in the sea.

ask yourself... if the person was the "one" then why have they gone???
the "one" wouldnt be gone... so obviously it wasnt the one after all...
life is never not worth living after a relationship breaks up, life is here to be lived and it is what you make it... yes feel sad and miserable for a while... but dont mope about for weeks as you will just make yourself more miserable... get out there and live again, meet new people, make new friends and show that you are worth more than what that Ex made you feel...
the "one" will feel the same about you when you find that person, if they dont, then they are not the "one" after all.

Pray to God. He is the only way. God will help us through anything just have faith in him. The Devil will make us feel like life isn't worth living don't let him make you feel that way. Tell him to get behind you because God walks before you. Have faith and keep it and pray. God gets us through things we don't even realize and give him thanks and praises everyday. God Loves You More Than Anyone!!

The reasons that elude you now will become clear in time. Your life has somehow been made better for knowing this person. As his has for knowing you. I simply let him go. Became easier with time and we are good friends to this day.

Get help immediately. Please - talk to someone about this. Talk to your parents, siblings or friends if you can't get to a professional. It's important that you let someone know you are in a bad place. They won't judge you. Please.
Worst case scenario and you can't talk to anyone - IM me. Life is worth living both for you and those around you.
Be strong.
