You can't stop it. It is a natural process of aging. Some people are premature but you can't stop it. You could pluck them out I guess if there weren't too many, but they will come back. just grab a box of hair color and forget about it. I like True Match by Loreal. Very natural looking...

I've heard that taking copper supplement helps keep your hair form turning gray. And it helps to get a great bronze tan too.

the only way i know is dye your hair.it might run in your family.ask your parents and see when they first started to turn gray.
