I am using hydrogen peroxide for mouth wash after meal daily. But some one said I can't use it for over 1 week. Is it right?
Thank you.

Don't go nuts with it. Overdoing it will reduce the normal flora (bacteria) in your mouth and you may end up with very sore tissue and irritation. You're better off with Listerine. I wouldn't go more than a day or two.

It's kind of harsh. If you dilute it in half with water, it will still kill bacteria and will be less harsh.

Yes that is safe as long as you don't swallow.
