Isn't this a trick question?
If they are all making right turns, then no driver is interfering with another.
They can all go at the same time. So they all have a right of way.

In the case of a stalemate, whoever makes the first non-contact move sets the order for the remaining cars. In general, in the case of a "tie", the car to your right has the right of way. In this case, order doesn't matter, if everyone really turns right and driving on the right is the rule of the road.

In America, it doesn't matter, right hand turns wouldn't cross anyone's path. Assuming you're in one of those drive on the wrong side of the road countries, then fall back on the old adage of "right of way is directly proportional to tonnage". If everybody goes at once, which car gets the least damage, which gets the most? The one to get the most goes last.

All can go at once for a right hand turn, silly. In practice, since the rule is that the person on the right has right of way and no one knows this rule, hand gestures, eye contact, nods and courtesy get the job done.

Hello,
in case of driving on the right side, they don't interrupt each other with turning right.
With left-side driving, if the intersecting roads are equivalent, one shall let the one coming from his right (over whom he has an advantage). Afterwards, he will be the last to leave the crossing (or he can turn together with the one in front, if the one to the right lets him go).
Regards

This would be a more interesting question if they were making different movements such as going straight, making a left turn, and making a right turn all at once.
As is, since they're all making right turns, they can all proceed safely at once.

With the right hand turn thrown in, it wouldn't matter (think about it).
Everyone can make their right hand turn at the same time.

If they are all turning right, then all have the right of way since no one is going in the path of the other.

Doesn't matter, they can all go. But if it's a left hand turn then it's a different story then I would have to go w/Jon S's answer
