I've always wondered if your weight goes back to normal when you resume your normal eating patterns, or does the weight stay on?

It depends on your metabolism and how active you are. I used to be able to pig out in college, but now I have to really watch it becase I no longer play sports and my metabolism has slowed down.

Trouble is it can be habit forming. You could start eating more through the week with out realising it.

The weight will go on a few days later. You initially won't notice it on the scales but it will go on.
