I always thought clean water was the best thing to drink and in most cases it is. But my mom has Alzheimer's disease and my doctor says that I should drink some green tea a few times a week as a preventative (Alzheimer's has a genetic component.) Of course, I still drink more water than anything else, but there are circumstances where green tea becomes a really good idea.

Green tea is good for you but the fact that it tastes like water used to wash dirty ash trays makes me gag. Have a glass of water and eat some tomatoes as they are full of anti oxidents too.
