I am losing weight by changing my diet. I am walking an hour everyday. My question is if I am losing roughly a kilo or 2.5 pounds every week , will I eventually reach a point where I will be the weight I am supose to be and not lose weight anymore?

Yes, it's called a diet plateau. At that point you will have to decide whether or not you want to go on or if you are happy with your weight. If you do decide to go on, you will have to revamp your workout and recalculate your caloric intake to keep on losing. This is the hardest part of losing weight. You're off to a good start, best of luck!
