Yes, it's called a diet plateau. At that point you will have to decide whether or not you want to go on or if you are happy with your weight. If you do decide to go on, you will have to revamp your workout and recalculate your caloric intake to keep on losing. This is the hardest part of losing weight. i thinik that once your body gets to a weight where ur burning less calories, due to your size and the amount of exercise your doing the weight loss will slow....Hope that makes sense :)
