This ex of mine that never pitched for our reunion, never even called or e mailed, just recently sent an e mail today after more than two weeks. It just says ‘hi, look at me in action.’ Has his pic attached. Should I reply or just ignore it. I was really disappointed when he did not come and did not bother to explain.

He is behaving that way because he wants to hurt you
he is doing this in purpose, so you get the idea that he has a very busy life. Ignore the e-mail and ignore him forever.
