i have a small brother,hes 12 years old.hes soo enoying.he never leaves my back and hes so enoying.he backchats alot, he hits me, he never liseens to me.when i tell him to do something he never does it.how could i get him senceable?what can i do to fix this? shouls i beat him up!! helppppp

Put a lock on your door and next time he jumps on you, punch him hard in the face. That should put the fear back in him.

You're not his parent, so stop bossing him around. Try to reconnect with him by doing things together you both enjoy. Play board games, video games, throw ball or frisbee, go bowling, skating or watch a funny movie together. If you two get closer then you'll respect each other more. Do you treat him badly when you're with your friends? If so, stop that. It's really hurtful to feel ganged up on, especially by a family member. You're older, so it's your job to show him the correct way to behave. Next time he seems to get upset with you, think about the part you may have played in it, stop and talk to him. Ask him why he's upset and apologize if you were rude. Kindness goes a long way. Good Luck!

There's two possibilities:
1. He has nothing to do thus annoying you seems to be fun to him (and young boys like to have fun). If you stop reacting to whatever he is trying to do to you, there's possibility that he feels bored and will leave you alone.
2. He wants your attention. Don't react to his annoying habits and give some attention to him or find something that you think he may like. If you can do do something fun together, then he won't annoy you that much anymore.

instead of beating him up, you and your girlfriends should get togeather at your house and give him a makeover by dressing him up like a girl and putting makeup on him and then posting the video on youtube so he will be embarrassed and then he will probably stop annoying you but tell him if he keeps annoying you he will be getting a makeover until he stops.

my younger brother was like that, we fought a lot a lot, hed end up worse but id get most of the trouble cos of the mess i made of him, so you need tactics, like getting a bolt on your bedroom door so he cant just walk in, talk to your parents about it, tell them how he tries to wind you up and purposefully annoy you, then if he gets near you go to your room if he foolows like pick him up and put him out then lock door, you have to be sensible or you'll get in trouble,

well just tell him in a nice manner to do something ,if he dosent listen tell him in a harsh voice,he will listen if at all he dosent,beat him once so that he has ur fear.good luck.
