well should talk to a doctor about it but heres something i do that helps, stay up for as long as you can until you are just about to pass out , then take tylenol pm should get some good sleep.

you should get a rhythm of sleeping.
like sleeping more at night time, don't do any naps at daytime. so that after a tiring work, you will be dozing of by night.
you should tire yourself more on the daytime , like reading a lot of boring stuffs. or doing perspiring exercises like jogging or basketball. these would help you - with no medications....
if you want medications, then consult out your MD.
there a lot of drugs which will help you sleep.
hope these stuffs will give you an idea of sleeping..

i am suffering the same thing i find wat has helped me is to sit on rthe bed at night (if i cant sleep) with lights of and everything and just sit there and try to meditate and free ur thoughts, try not to drink too much caffeine befor eu sleep and if there is a lover that is worrying u or hurting u try to keep away from him or solve the problem.
