Everyone has unique sleeping needs; it sounds like 6 hours a night isn't enough for you. A good number to go off of is 8 hours, then adjust your sleeping pattern from there to the amount that makes you most alert in the mornings.
Also, ensure your sleep is restful with an appropriate mattress, only one pillow, at the same time every day, and not right after eating, consuming caffeine, or being physically active.
Finally, even when you start a good sleep schedule, you may still have "sleep debt" left over from not sleeping well for the past three months and might need even more sleep to "catch up" on some of that lost time.

Its called hiding your head in the sand and hoping it all goes away. Well it wont...it will just get worse. It usually starts with missing one day and then you have to play catch up which makes you late on something else which...well you get the idea. Then you cant even see where to start to catch up on everything. That is why you 'cant' get up. Take a deep breath and go and see a guidance councellor or someone who can help you sort the mess out. One step at a time...one thing at a time. Set your priorities and stick to them. You also need to be in bed by 10pm at the latest. You wanted to be an adult and be treated like one now you have to act like one and get your life in order. There is nothing that cant be straightened out but lying in bed all day thinking poor me isnt going to do it. Ask for help...use all your resources...and knuckle down and do what you have to do. You will feel much better when things are back under control and the first thing you have to control is YOU.

Hi. Donot start your day with the Uni lecture. Do some interesting as soon as you wake up. I have got up at 5 am washed my face and set out on bike to a beach 30 mins away. I have also gone to the gym at 5. Browsing the net, watching TV while having tea also can help. Try this each day.
You need to sleep as early as possible.

Well one am in the morning really is not that early, and so that could be part of the problem. Look you are up now, did you even get any sleep. If i was you i would make an appointment to see someone doctor, or therapist, and get it worked out, casue you really need to be able to get up and out of bed, and dressed, so why not go and see what is happening , maybe they can give you some ideas. you know it is up to you to force yourself to get you but* up and going. So don't wait till you waste away just laying there in bed all of the time. Something must be really bugging you in your life, and you need some professional help to work though it, so you can get up and get to your classes.

Make yourself go to bed at least by 10 pm. You are not getting enough sleep. You are going to have to change your sleeping habits or you will probably lose your job and whatever else you are suppose to be doing while you are sleeping the day away.

Get yourself checked out for anemia, go to your uni medical service they should be able to do a blood test, if you're positive you'll need to take an iron suppliment. The obvious things also are, are you depressed, taking drugs, drinking too much, overdoing things? Good luck...

Get a really loud alarm and put it somewhere on the other side of your room so you have to get up to turn it off. Or, you could get someone to hide it for your every night.
