my white keets seem to have turquoise under feathers. will they turn color?

they are white with red eyes. i believe they are albino. why the underfeather color?

That is the down feathers and many times they are different colors like that. It is perfect natural. Red eyes means that your keets carry the albino gene, but it is doubtfull that the blue down feathers will come all the way thru.
