sex is one of the animals primary want. each n every living being on earth go for sex. Humans we are social animals. we live in civilized society as social animals we can't go for sex with each n every person. the thing we want to do we cant do coz we live in civilized society. this creates thrust and hunger in our minds for sex that why we are mad about sex.

We are mad for anything that we don't get enough. It's not only sex. We are mad for money, fame, success, power, youth, etc.
Although this madness is pretty short termed. Later we get mad at ourselves for going after these things when we could have gone for a lot other important things in life. It is at this stage we actually realise what our life was meant for and what we have done. But by the time we realise this we are ready to go to the other world...
However Plato's Ghost has managed to sneak out and try and tell whoever he can that going after these worldly pleasures would just entertain you. Understand the word "ENTERTAIN". Time wasted for petty pleasures. Now go ENTER the world again and atTAIN what you were sent there for....

i feel only some are and not all........
everyone feels the need for sex at some point of time in their life.......but only those with psychic or behavioural disorders i can say are really mad for sex.
