The ozone hole is a natural thing. Here is how the ozone layer is created and we can change none of it. The solar winds coming from the sun are all ionized particles. They produce the layer when they collide with the earth's magnetic field. The beta particles are attracted to the north pole and make it negative. The alpha particles are attracted to the south pole and make it positive. This voltage and current is tremendous and hold the particles O3 ionized. When u launch a space craft through the ionized layer u must turn off all high voltages of u will have an arc aver and burn something up. The hole at the south pole is larger because the particles have much more mass. The hole depends on how active the sun is ,and behaves like a particle gun just blowing the hole in the ozone layer. All this is much too high for man to interfere with. U couldn't change it if u wanted to.
What they want u to believe is the CFC wander around the world but at the same time every year they make a mad dash to the south pole to have a party and eat a hole there.
