The easiest answer to this question is to study a subject and then take a 100% written exam in it (no course work). The higher your mark is, the more the knowledge is in that subject.

Take you total body weight, divide it by the circumference of your skull.. Then take that answer and times it by the amount of inches between your ears.. That should get you your subtotal of intelligence.

Now you just have to hold your breath for as long as you can, take that time and find the square root.. Take that number to the 14 power times the subtotal you have so far.

That will give you a precise measurement of your knowledge.

You'd have to take an aptitude test in the subject you want to test your knowledge in. An IQ test supposedly tests the ability of your mind to solve problems. It doesn't test knowledge (information you know) in a particular subject.

there is no particular method of measuring knowledge. but you can do one thing, talk to excellent persons in your field, ask them questions and also try to answer their's. reading good books and taking exams and iq tests can help.also keep on asking yourself questions.knowledge keeps on building all thru your life time. dont worry about how much you have, but keep on gathering more. it's fun,no?
