It's not the question of whether they believed in the same God you do but rather do you believe in the same God they did? And since there is only ONE God and he never changes then yes they do believe in the same God as you do.

It's possible, depending on what God you (anyone) believe(s) in.

The bottom line is the "nobody can get to the Father except for through the Son." No Jesus, no God, no Heaven - only Satan and Hell.

A comparative study would reveal the answer to that. Problem is how you define inner individual truth. Solve that and you solve the problem ot ethics acceptance (and how to really educate people)
