5 weeks is far too young to have been homed, 8 weeks is the minimum. Your pup needs to be with others of the same age and its mum.
Phone the vet for advice; it needs worming around now. If the breeder can't be bothered to keep it for another 3 weeks I bet they haven't wormed it.
It will probably have its first jabs at 8 weeks and the second lot at 10, but some vets do it at 12 weeks.

pups need vaccinated from 8 weeks of age consisting of 2 injections 2 weeks apart. The course will cost around £30 dependoing on the vets. It is essential to get these vaccinations to prevent diseases like parvo which can kill young dogs.

From personal experience, the vets I have taken my pups to have advised waiting one week after the second injection before taking my puppy out for its first walk.

Ah, you mean "Jabs".

I'm not sure myself, but now that the wording is cleared up, you'll probably get some good answers!

You can get his jabs done at 6weeks,then again at 8weeks.You pay one total price of about £50 depending on what your vets prices are mine are a bit pricey so yours may be a bit less.Good luck.
