"I want to go the us?" Tell us how you can go to us.
"I want to go to the U.S." This is not a question, but it is simple and more understandable. Was that too hard for you to write?

Actually, it isn't a simple question. It is a simple statement... Go to the nearest U.S. Embassy or consulate and apply for a Travel Visa. Good luck. They are increasingly difficult to get.
