Al Jazeera Airways or Jazeera Airways is a Kuwaiti airline that started operation in October of 2005 to compete with Kuwait Airways. They fly Airbus A320 in a single class configuration with 165 seats. They fly to 13 destinations from Kuwait. You can read more about them at their website.

Yes they currently only sell one-way tickets. They recently banned all forms of nuclear devices fom being brought on-board...you can still check them though.
