Not to many Couba's in any web sites. There is no Couba GENFORUM, and a general search has few if any entries of interest to Genealogy.

LDS Family Search does have 6 entries in the USA. Ellis Island has 2 entries, one from Port au Prince, Haiti; the other came through Germany.
