dont TRY and live in the moment, just go at your own pace regardless of what people around you are doing. for me that makes me alot happier because rather than worrying about "have i made the most of my life" im am content.

Practice mindfullness. Sit and pay attention to your breathing. Become aware of what you are feeling inside. Sit and observe. Dont judge whats going on inside, just observe. Walk, look, allow yourself to feel. I use nature. I am a birder and spend a lot of time outside. I started with looking for birds, now I notice many things going on around me. Turn off the TV. Allow yourself some silence. (This is hard for me sometimes)

trying to help others along the way, and to find their way...on here I have met a lot of people that have great spiritual presents...and some that you can feel the evil in them....and those are the ones I try to let see another side they may not have had access to....and they are fighting me ..like evil does..and wanting me to be thrown off here because of my testimony, and the poem THE DREAM ,and my experience with God , I HAVE A BIBLE STUDY GROUP I'm STARING IN GROUP IF ANYONE WANTS TO JOIN OR JUST LOOK AROUND, AND IF YOU WANT TO READ ABOUT THE DREAM IT'S ON THERE TOO.

I don't know i need meaning in my life that is worthwhile.
You don't except for short times when you have no other choice.
You need to have a goal in life even if others don't think your goal is the greatest you have to have a purpose in life other than each moment or you may as well be a crack addict.

I avoid all three. I'm interested in the future. I like the idea of building a family and then handing it off to my son when he's old enough.

Don't be concerned about a so-called afterlife. Live as though this is your only chance.
