A) Who says love isn't painful?
B) Some people are conditioned into being "bad" and some are honsetly born that way- either way, there is a point where you have to start taking responsibility for your own actions.
C) The last part of the Bible wasn't meant to scare anyone. It is simply a dream and a prophecy. Some of it, so far, is pretty accurate. Last I checked it says that God will remove all of his children at once- nothing about pain there. The second part of him taking his children is the portion of those who were left behind. They get a second chance by God. But they have to make a choice between baring the mark of the beast or being killed. Naturally, the second chance isn't going to be as easy as the first.
D) If you would like to read a book of the Bible that is meant to scare you, try Jeremiah.

Friend the bible is not a book to scare anyone, God lays out his plan, & there is also a plan for you & the first step is to repent & 2nd to be Batized in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ & 3d. Receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost. God has always made a plan for someone to exscape. Yes God is a God of Love, But God is also a God of Judgement, & also a God of Wrath, If God would just let anyone into heaven, because of only good works, then there will still be sin in heaven. We don't make it on the works we do. The plan has been laid out for you To show God's Love, Look at the last 2000 yrs. Who else would wait that long for his Bride.

"Even death is not to be feared by those who live wisely"....
Children must follow the rules the parent has set to maintain a healthy and safe existence. We are the children, God if our Father. Some say the Bible is hard to understand, confusing even contradicting. I must agree to a point. However, have you ever assembled something only to find frustration within the instructions? I have. I seek help, outside help, help from one wiser then I. The Bible is an exhilarating book, but you must understand it first. Ask, if you still don't understand, ask yet another and another until our Fathers word make sense to you. There's books and tapes, counselors, priest, pastors, Bible study groups. The answer is always there to any question if you look for it. Good Luck

The way I saw it, the bible is the book that makes you fear of the unknown. The Quoran is a book of law where punishment too is documented.
Most probably written by the then ruler's wise men many centuries ago in good faith.
I once broght a book for my daughter and it had a story about a "toy monster". If the toys are not in its place, the monster will have them for dinner after we go to sleep. This makes the little child re-arrange the toys before going to bed. It was a good story similar to the bible stories for a small mind which has not understood realities of nature..

God is love, but mankind is not. The pain that his children suffer is their own fault, not his. God cannot be blamed for anything because God is God----he is the Creator and Master of all. He allows pain and suffering to afflict his children so that they can grow spiritually and learn to rely on him for everything. This is not temptation because God never tempts anyone---that is the devils forte. God does test his children and this testing is to allow for spritiual growth. Yes, God could wave his hand and eliminate all suffering at once, but because of our sinful nature we would not change our ways---immediately we would begin to afflict one another. Jesus did not die in vain, but died for our sins. God wants each and every one of us to come to him in submisssion through the blood of Jesus. The Book of Revelation cannot be understood without examining ALL of the prophesy that is in the Bible. There are many references in the books of Danial, Ezekiel, Isaiah and others that go along with it. A minister or theologian that is a specialist in eschotology ----end times prophecy---can put this all together where it makes sense. There are many good books on the subject that are available at any Christian bookstore. Prophecy is not meant to scare people into doing anything, but is given so that a window can be opened to the future in which a person can use it to their spiritual benefit. As far as hell is concerned, this earth is a Paradise compared to what hell will be like.

Many tragic happenings are simply the result of random events. The Bible helps us to appreciate that such things are simply the sad result of "time and unforeseen occurrence."—Ecclesiastes 9:11.
Suffering may also stem from poor judgment. Suppose a group of youths indulge in alcoholic beverages and then go for a drive. A serious accident results. Who is to blame? God? No, they have reaped the consequences of their poor judgment.—Galatians 6:7.
The Bible plainly states: "When under trial, let no one say: 'I am being tried by God.' For with evil things God cannot be tried nor does he himself try anyone." On the contrary, from God comes "every good gift and every perfect present"!—James 1:13, 17.

People talk of God's love as one-sided. There is a justice side. If we do not accept His Son which He gave freely for all and we choose to hang around through the end - then we made our choice and must suffer the consequences. After all He did warn us what was coming and how to escape it. This world is far from hell no matter how bad it is. The torments of hell is something our human minds can't fully comprehend because we have nothing that terrible to compare it to - and its eternal. Love without justice has no meaning. And justice without love is cruel. God is not cruel. He loves us so he warned us and then He Himself provided for our eternal protection. It's not His fault we tend to be too stupid to accept it.

God is light and there is no darkness in Him at all. All this evil and bad things do not come from God. We are tempted by our own evil desires that is at war inside of us. God do not threaten you He gave you a free will to choose Him and His way. Look a bit closer at all the wonder full promises He gave His children in this last book as you said. Revelations

There are two sides to every coin. First of all, God is both love and hate. "There is a time to love and a time to hate" comes from the Bible. Granted very few clergy would have the spine to preach this truth. It doesn't fill the pews or the coffers.
The Bible is filled with numerous examples of God's ruthlessness. In Genesis, the flood - just because we failed to listen to him. Pretty vicious.
And to those who would argue that the New Testament replaces the Old, which is complete malarkey, Jesus says in the Gospel that he didn't come to throw out the Law but to expand it and that none of the Law was extinguished. Those are my words but the meaning is the same.
"The fear of God is the beginning of all wisdom." Time to read your Bible. Revelations might be scary to those who are Satanic because it clearly shows that they will lose and lose big.
Now, God did promise never to wipe of all out again (after the flood in Genesis) but notice how he failed to state that he would never kill some of us from time to time (Hurricane Katrina?). God keeps sending us postcards, in the form of natural disasters and what some people call Darwin Awards, but very few people seem to get the message.

First we r not god children because god dosen't have children
Second if we didn't feel the pain and didn't get hurt we'll not thank god because when u have a problem u ask god to solve it and really after any problem there's a grant the world is not hell as u imagine there r times of sad and times of happines but these times pass quickly.
And afterall allah is very kind and he loves his slaves
so u should love him too and feel his kindness
