1 Cat
1 Can of beer (any brand)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mix spices and rub over cat. Drink half the can of beer and then place beer can into rear of cat and stand cat tripod-like on BBQ. Rotate in 30 minutes. Cook for a total of one hour.
Smoke flavouring helps.

sorry, I dont have a recipe for roast cat with guinness, but I do have a recipe for a lovely cat cordon bleu if that helps. It uses a delicate wine sauce, which complements the complex, chicken like flavor of cat. I should think the guinness would overpower it?

I'm afraid that since the recipe has Guinness, it can't be a Chinese recipe. It could be an ancient Irish one, when wild cats roamed the countryside and occasionally were eaten.
But some one did put a kitten in the microwave and cooked it. He wasn't Chinese but a Caucasian in the US.

Cuy al Horno - a good alternative to cat.
Some of these people have no sense of humour. I know you are joking about cooking a cat but, believe me, if you want to try it with a guinea pig just Google "Cuy al horno" for access to recipes. In Peru they eat it all the time. Not sure whether English ones are the same and have never had the guts to try! If you do, let us know how it was...

In the sewer somewhere or maybe your poorly mind.
Of course it would probably give the birds a break, but if you consumed too many we may be overrun by rats!!
Could you roast Rats with Guinness too? or perhaps they would be better with Red Wine.
I can recommend Beef in Beer.

Last time I had roast cat I ended up walking backwards and coughing up furballs.
Definitely messed with my system.
In your current state of mind I doubt anything would affect you.

When I was young and asked what was for dinner, my dad always used to say 'cat's tail and gravy', so I'm sure I could get the recipe for that if it's any help!
