the regulations extremely confuse me by way of fact i'm getting a violation for chatting and all I did replaced into ask a query, I in no way replied to any of the solutions which could have been consided chatting had I of replied yet i did no longer so how might desire to it of been chatting, I propose it is not significant, any question might desire to be consided chatting by way of fact yet somebody else spoke back, This place extremely messes with my head, that's why i like it lots.
