Ive looked into this prior to asking so i have a fair idea of how to go about it. At the moment I sometimes do cardio in the morning and lift weights in the evening, or situps/pressups in the morning and cardio in the evening and so on. I would just like sum wourkout routine suggestions or sumthing, maybe sumones tried somthing thats worked?.....help me out

It is totally possible and the best way to get fit! Check out all the details on the website below. Conventional wisdom would have you believe that you must first lose fat then gain muscle but that's just not true. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn doing any activity - even sleeping. The key to doing all this is revving up your metabolism with complex carbs and protein, eating small amounts at regular intervals. Good luck!

by increasing your weights training you´ll transform fat in muscle.
