I've already lost 10 pounds. My stomach got thinner, but it's still has a bloating in the midsection that I really dislike and the sides of my stomach are fat, do I have to continue doing cardio, eating healthy but I need to add abs exercises for a flat and slim stomach? Because I haven't been doing any abs exercises, maybe that's why. But I also read somewhere that you can achieve a really slim stomach even when you dont do abs exercises, is that true?

You didn't say, but I'm guessing your age to be above 25 years old. This is typically when you start getting additional weight around that area.

The reason for this is that you are starting to produce less and less stomach acid as you age. By the time you are 80, you will be only producing about 5% of the stomach acid you did at 25. This does several things to you. 1st, you are not digesting your food like you should and this leaves rotting food that ferments and causes so called "acid indigestion." As the food travels down the intestine, this rotting food that has not been broken down by the stomach acid, leaves toxic waste that causes the bloating, constipation, etc. Your fats are not being digested and basically you are getting backed up.

I had this problem. Then I discovered the solution and it is simple and inexpensive.

You need to take Betaine HCL + a potassium activator after and between meals (if you like). This is essentially stomach acid and you will find that over a few months the stomach goes down, your digestion becomes incredible, and you will be amazed at how well your stools become easy to pass. I suggest not taking tablets of Betaine HCL because they contain, like all pills, toxic tagalongs that severely limit the absorption of nutrients. A good source for the Betaine HCL is: www.healthline.cc

Additionally, this will remethylate your cells and add years to your life. Each cell in our body has about 9 million methyl groups and as we loose these the cells die when they get to about 3 million or so. The potassium activator aids in this remethylation process.

DO NOT TAKE ANTACIDS of any kind. The lactic acid from the rotting food is causing this. The Betaine HCL acts within about 3 minutes and no more acid feeling and it is good for you.

The exercise is also good for you and will help in this process. It also moves the lymphatic system that eliminates toxins. Your lymphatic system, unlike your circulatory system, does not have a pump.

good luck

You can lose wiegt with out excersing, but unless you get REALLY thin, you do need to do target excercises. I like side bends, they work super fast. And crunches with weights on your abs and chest. Also, if you have bloating, it could be from a variety of reasons, most likely diet, like salt, caffiene, water retention, etc. They make pills available to reduce water retention. Good luck!
