Hahaha! I'm sorry but I dont think he likes you, but there might be a little chance though. If I were you i'm not gonna be like all 'oh my god he smiles at me, it means that he likes me!!'
But you say that he stares at you but not all the time, just sometimes... so i'd like to say to you to keep it cool, you dont want to look agresive or anything do you??
Someone likes you if he treats you different (in a good way) than anybody else.. well good luck, girl!!

well the smiling thing could just be a habit for people like me but if he is nice to you and looks at you when you are leaving and arriving he might be interested in you.

yes he does, i have someone at my church who kinda does the same thing and (the hard way of figuring it out) my friends told me that he likes me so........ I'm not to nervous now to talk to him, but sometimes i am.
