your height sounds fine --dont worry about that its related to you body frame your weight there is no normal everyone is different and depends on what you are asking about like if you want to get on a ride at the fair if you want to become a Poole officer ,or a super model all relative to the reason in the big scheme of things sound like a very normal height for your age --best wishes

149cm is just under 4'11". Not sure of average height for a girl but 149cm is probably a little shorter than average.

There are 2.54 centimeters to 1 inch, therefore 149cm divided by 2.54 equals 58.66 inches or about 4' 101/2". I'd say that would be petite for a 15 yr old since girls usually start growing younger than boys. That's not to say you won't grow anymore!
