Love, be it before or after marraige would implement sharing of feelings. In case of love you dont' have an option between feelings and physical satisfaction. You have options just for physical satisfaction. Sharing of feelings is a must.
The way your question is framed is like - "Love is a feeling or lust?" Physical satisfaction is an option that should come after and only after you can assure yourself that you would be committed to the other throughout the life. Doesn't matter whether it's before or after marraige. All that matters is a commitment.

Well, why do you marry? Because you love someone. Love comes first then marriage. Not the other way around. And loving someone is not about sex. If this person loves you truly and wants to marry you he/she will except the fact that no sex till marriage. Thats what i said when i was engaged and thats how it happend with me...
