I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

You can reduce belly fat by doing activities like walking, swimming and rowing. Such activities help in supplying enough oxygen to the body to burn fat. The healthiest way to prevent a fat stomach is by ensuring that your weight is normal for your height. More info at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachfat.html

Lots of cardio, eat only "good fats" and I've heard the Swiss ball can work wonders. Since you can't spot train a body part, you will lose fat all over.

You can't tell your body where to burn fat.. You can do all the sit ups you want, your body isn't going to say hey this person is burning too much energy lets burn some fat to make up for it! Oh they are doing situps they must want me to burn the fat on their stomach, so ok i will! lol

What is needed is a balanced diet, and lots of cardio.. Lower your body's overall percentage of body fat.

Edit: and then if you want to see some definition in your abs then you also have to add in the situps to work those muscles.
