What is ur Qualification???
if it was BE or ME,
its better to try in Pune. its the good place for jobs in ANSYS

Why not? Once you have acquired the basic skills of a profession, these can work anywhere. It's only a matter of language, You already know English, you can further augment your knowledge and do your job in English. Or youcan find a job in one of the Unversities where they teach Hindi,
