I have removed through the control panel and through a search but there are some folders it wont let me delete it comes up "cannot delete from file" If anyone can give me any help it would be much appreciated. A work mate suggested to go through start-run-regedit-edit-search-delete but the stubbon bugger is still there.

Please will you add information about which folder(s), document(s) you are experiencing this problem with and which versions of Windows and Norton we are talking about?
