i was working in a supermarket at the time so its about 10+ years ago.the amount of people who complained was nuts.

SB The website informationis incorrect walkers did change the colour of the salt and vinegar from blue to green as did they for the cheese & onion.

The Walkers Corporation website states that the packets have always been these colours.
They are opposite to most other crisp manufacturers.

Wow - before I was born! I wasn't aware that they had changed the colours, I just thought that they had a patent on the colour/flavour and no-one else was allowed to colour their Crisp packets the same colour! (Would explain a lot...)

Ages ago. It's wrong though- all other crisps are green for cheese and onion and blue for salt and vinegar!
