Tylenol Sinus: Day Time. I'm good for a few days after one dose. I've been using it for 14 years. Just when I get a sinus headache of clogged nose.

Keep taking the antibiotics for the ear infection. Nasal spray is a temporary fix and will start causing nosebleeds if used too often.

Boil water in your house to make it humid, take a hot washcloth and place it over your forehead, eyes and nose. As hot as you can stand it. Do this for about 15 minutes. Then take a cold washcloth and do the same thing. You will be amazed how your sinuses will open and you will feel relief.

It will take a few days for all of this to start feeling better. Be careful with the ear infection, it can effect your balance (driving, etc.).

Get well fast!

You don't need any of those toxic pharmaceuticals (which damage the liver)! For instant opening of sinuses, sniff a little salt water (body temp, a pinch of salt to 1/2 cup water) up your nose while you have your head over the sink. The head will be opened up, no cost. For longer term cure, get a cool mist humidifier, and add a pint of hydrogen peroxide to the gallon of water, and run it while you sleep (as close to the bed as you can). Hydrogen peroxide is something your body makes to fight infection. You are not introducing something foreign, but are helping your body do what it is trying to do.

In October 1988, my sister introduced me to a product she was taking. I started Vitacel GH3 not thinking it would do anything for me. In other words, I was sceptical. I knew since she was on it, I felt there was no harm. Also my mother was taking it. Several months later I noticed a complete change in my physical condition. I had been retaining fluids, which I am no longer doing, my Sinus infection symptom problem had lessened, and my cholesterol was lower than it had been in years. My mother who had been in constant pain now was doing great. The only thing we were doing different was the Vitacel Gh-3 product we are still using.

continue to take your pills. i assume they're antiobiotics. i personally like using the mentholated saline solution. it's very safe and non addicting. call your local pharmacy to see if they carry it. the nasal spray the doc gave you might contain a prescription drug so he proabably wants you to take both. call him/her. don't guess.
