What should I use before " Possibility"?
1. exhausted
2.spent
3.impoverished?

Although I agree that Cloothe is right, I think there is more to the answer.

A possibility is something that can become, something that can be made into reality given specific events or actions.

1. "exhausted possibility" would mean that the resources for the completion of this possibility have already been used to another purpose. (We have no fuel to get to NY)

2. "spent possibility" would likely refer to the same as above about I am pretty sure that this is not something that is said.

3. "impoverished possibility" would refer to a possibility that is lesser than the original one due to a reduced number of resources for the accomplishment of said possibility. (We only have enough fuel to get half way to NY)

What is the rest of the sentence any one of those words could be used but without knowing the context in which the phrase will be used, it is impossible to say.
