Sorry. Can't tell you. No-one ever told me. I always had to do it on my own, now matter how long it took and how tired I got. It was only when I began obsessing (nailing your very question to trees, putting cards in my local Post Office, asking supermarket checkout girls) that they helped me. I find my magnifying glass handy for collecting cat hairs and looking closely at half-dead flies too. Sorry. Can't tell you. No-one ever told me.
