It is possible to lose ur belly without changing else where in ur body, u can start ur morning with some training for ur belly only but not for the whole body and also in the same way u had to finish ur day.
Try be any means not to eat too much and eat light food

Take proper exercise to reduce belly regularly. The most beneficial one is to lie on your back, put your feet under the bed, stretch your two arms along your body and try to bend up slowly until you reach sitting posture, then drop back slowly until your back touches the ground. Repeat this ten times! Do this twice every day!

Also, train yourgood self, to hold your tummy in most of the time!

Finally, to succeed better, join your local gym where you can get professional instructions and advice.

All the best!

There is no way to "pick where you want to lose weight from. I would just keep doing exercises around that area. Side bends, Sit Ups, Crunches to tone. I hear that Relacore does work so you could also try that too.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Eat goats cheese rather then regular cheese. It contains 40 per cent fewer calories than the cheese created from cow’s milk.

People who plan their weekly meals are more successful at losing weight than those that don’t. Plan your dishes to feature healthy carbs such as sweet potato and wholegrain pasta, greens and lean proteins, buy every one of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted to consume out or order in.

Suck the item in. Consciously hold in and contract your ab muscles while you’re walking, sitting for your desk or making the evening meal. This will help to strengthen your stomach muscles and your core, and enable you to get one step closer to a new flatter stomach.

If you work out and exercise, it will not make your legs skinny, they will actually start to get bigger! I had the same problem, I looked like chicken legs but once I started working out, they started getting bigger! I am more proud of my legs now than my stomach and my stomach is small too!
