broiling is healty....so is cooking in a steamer for fish (to me it makes chicken rubbery)....an indoor grill is good to-really great for chicken, but be careful w/grilling fish. Hearty fish like salmon or tuna can be grilled directly on the grill, but delicate fish like tilapia or orange roughy would need to be wrapped in a foil pouch first so it doesn't stick to the grill.
Chicken and fish can both be baked as well...wrap in a loose foil pouch with your seasonings/fresh vegetables of choice-no need to add butter or anyother oils. Very healthy and very tasty!

You can fry it in olive oil or broil it in the oven with a little olive oil or butter and lemon juice.
Real butter is good for you if eaten in moderation. Also, if you take the skin off the chicken (mostly fat) and buy low fatty fish. For example, salmon is high in fat versus trout fish.
good luck. A new way of eating will work better than a diet.

Well there are many factors of growing stronger and tall. Genetics, diet, social-environmental, sleep, etc. But mostly it is genetics. I know some people who hardly eat or eat crap food and are really tall. I know some people who play World of Warcraft all day and night and are REALLY tall. It is because their parents are tall. But I also know some people who tower over their parents. It is random in my opinion. That seems like a good diet though, good nutrition can contribute to a strong body and growth, but not a HUGE factor.

You can broil, bake, sautee, grill, blacken it. BUT if you are on a strict diet, be careful of the seasonings you use because of the sodium content (Sodium-water-weight). You can cook the fish with lemon jouce, black pepper, DASH of sea salt, etc..
The chicken you can season with, herbs, garlic powder, pepper,Mrs. Dash is excellent also!!
